Maynooth University Open Day

Maynooth University’s Open Day gives prospective undergraduate students the chance to explore the campus, learn about courses and get a feel for studying and student life at the university. It is designed for students who want to find out more about making an application and what life at Maynooth is like.

Visitors can attend talks to hear directly from current students and staff, take guided campus tours, and tour the university’s academic facilities. There is also the opportunity to meet staff and student ambassadors in the TSI Building and ask questions about courses, admissions and the student experience.

The open day is a useful opportunity to gather practical information before applying, while also experiencing Ireland’s first university town. Free bus links are available from a range of locations for the Saturday open day, making it easier for visitors to attend in person.
