Ready to jump into A-levels? Join MediBrain UK’s Summer Transition Programme to rebuild core Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Maths, sharpen problem-solving, connect with expert tutors and peers, and boost your A-level readiness and competitive STEM/university prospects.
MediBrain UK's Summer Transition Programme is a post-GCSE academic preparation pathway designed to prepare students for the jump into A-Level study. It is aimed at ambitious Year 11 students moving into Year 12 who plan to study Biology, Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics, especially those considering competitive STEM degree pathways such as medicine, dentistry or engineering.
The programme runs across the summer period with structured weekly live sessions (recordings available) focused on rebuilding core GCSE concepts to A-Level precision, early exposure to Year 12 content, exam technique, and independent study routines. Subject-specific tracks cover key foundations, problem-solving, practical expectations (where relevant), and extended-response training aligned with A-Level mark schemes.
Enrolment includes live sessions, recorded lessons, structured study materials, formative assessments with feedback, ongoing academic support, and a Sixth Form Readiness Pack outlining a first-month plan and recommended resources. Applicants complete an online application form; subject allocation and payment details are confirmed after a short suitability review.
