This two-week Medicine and Biomedical Science Summer Camp at University College London (UCL) is designed for students aged 15-8. Delivered on UCL's Bloomsbury campus, the programme combines 60 hours of academic input with hands-on labs, interactive workshops, guest lectures and practical clinical skills sessions.
Class sizes are small (12 students) and modules cover human anatomy and physiology, disease and pathophysiology, medical research and innovation, and clinical skills and diagnostics. The course includes field and university visits, two company visits, two full-day excursions (examples: University of Oxford or Cambridge and Brighton), mock-surgery and AgriBot workshops, and 50 student-led capstone projects.
Boarding participants are accommodated in single ensuite rooms with full board; day participants attend without accommodation. Student welfare includes 24/7 onsite security, medical resources and personalised mentorship.
Minimum English level required: B2+. Sessions run on set dates in July and August 2026. Airport transfers are not included in the course price (listed at 150 each way).
Admissions coordinates airport pickup for booked participants after enrolment.
