MetFilm School offers a travel bursary for prospective students attending open days, auditions, and in-person applicant days at UK campuses. The bursary is designed to reduce financial barriers and help applicants from a wider range of backgrounds take part in the admissions process.
The support covers travel expenses for the applicant and one guest, with reimbursement available up to £50 in total. To receive payment, applicants must first attend the event and then submit a claim with proof of attendance and travel receipts.
The scheme is aimed at applicants who are Care Leavers, Care Experienced, or Estranged, as well as those who receive external financial support such as the Disabled Students Allowance, a 16 to 19 bursary, or Universal Credit. Students who previously received Free School Meals are also eligible, and claims are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Location
- The applicant must have attended an open day, audition, or in-person applicant day at a UK campus.
