Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice - Kernock Park Plants

Join Kernock Park Plants as a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice and develop practical marketing skills in a hands-on horticulture setting. You will work across multiple channels - social media, product photography, catalogue design (InDesign/Photoshop), website content updates and trade show organisation - while supporting product labelling, stock management and customer enquiries.

The role is primarily on-site at Kernock Park, Pillaton, Saltash (PL12 6RY), with free on-site parking provided.

This is a Level 3 apprenticeship delivered with City College Plymouth. Training includes time away from the workplace to study professional knowledge and skills relevant to multi-channel campaigns, copywriting, data analysis, CMS use and campaign evaluation.

The apprenticeship lasts 1 year 6 months, with working hours Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:45 and Friday 08:00-16:00 (39. 25 hours per week). For the first year the wage is £15,409.

55 (apprentice/National Minimum Wage rules apply), and a permanent position may be available for the right candidate after completion.
