Fancy performing with a live orchestra for a day? Join Trinity Laban's Musical Theatre Experience Day: rehearse and perform a song, take singing, movement and acting workshops led by tutors and musical directors, build performance skills and boost your uni/career prospects.

Become a musical theatre student for a day at Trinity Laban. Participants will rehearse and perform a song backed by a live orchestra, take part in practical singing, movement and acting workshops, and experience a final concert featuring current Trinity Laban musical theatre students.

The day is led by Trinity Laban tutors and professional musical directors.

The event is aimed at Year 9-13 through Year 13 students (ages 13-18) with an interest in musical theatre and singing. Attendees will receive learning resources in advance and are advised that some prior rehearsal will help them get the most out of the day.

The experience also includes opportunities to meet students and staff and to receive careers advice about conservatoire life and pathways into musical theatre.

The next Musical Theatre Experience Day takes place on Thursday 2 July 2026. Bookings will open shortly; contact Trinity Laban's public engagement team for more information or to register interest.
