The festival is scheduled for June 2-5, 2027 in Monroe and Ruston, Louisiana. The submission guidelines emphasize anonymous judging, with names removed from scores and recordings for award consideration.
Composers should provide computer-generated PDF parts and transposing scores where needed. Works of any length are eligible, although shorter pieces under 15 minutes are prioritised, and pieces written within the previous five years are encouraged.
Selected composers may receive travel support, lodging information, and professional audio recordings after the festival.
