Next Gen Maher Initiative

Next Gen Maher Initiative is an in-person education and career networking event designed to connect young people with learning and professional opportunities. It brings together students and young professionals with successful leaders from a range of industries, creating a space to share experiences, ask questions, and build useful career connections.

The event combines workshops, mentoring, and networking activity with a programme that includes an AI-focused workshop, welcome and networking sessions, and a keynote with Q&A from a Mission to Mars Program Director. It is intended to inspire participants, broaden their understanding of different career paths, and support personal and professional growth.

Hosted at Maher Centre in Leicester, the event is part of a wider community initiative that aims to strengthen the Maher community while helping attendees connect, learn, grow, and succeed.
