Create a free account to applyBuild your ensemble skills at weekly evening rehearsals on Mondays at CNS, playing alongside other young musicians as you progress through different stages of learning your instrument. Arrange a trial session by emailing the Music Service.
Norfolk Music Ensembles at CNS are part of Norfolk & Suffolk Music Hub’s offer for young players who are developing their instrumental skills. The rehearsals are designed to support ensemble playing, which is an important and often especially enjoyable part of learning a musical instrument, while helping children and young people progress through different stages of learning.
The programme runs on Mondays at CNS across the academic year, with weekly rehearsals taking place in the evening. Information about each ensemble, including the grade level, rehearsal venue and rehearsal times, is available on the linked ensemble pages and in the Ensembles Information Handbook.
Families interested in joining can arrange a trial session for their child by emailing the Music Service. If the child wishes to continue, they can then register online when the form becomes available. Registration is renewed each academic year.
