Nick Acheson discusses nature and mental health with wellbeing experts, alongside contributions from Dara McAnulty, Lucy Allen and Lee Cozens. Hear honest stories, examine evidence and barriers to access, and explore links between biodiversity, urban green spaces and community wellbeing.

Join Norfolk Wildlife Trust for an online webinar exploring why being in green, quiet places can improve how we feel, and why access to those spaces is not experienced equally by everyone. The event looks at the relationship between nature and mental health, with a focus on the evidence behind it and the barriers that can stop people from enjoying the benefits of Norfolk’s wild places.

The session features author and Norfolk Wildlife Trust Ambassador Nick Acheson in conversation with wellbeing experts, alongside contributions from Dara McAnulty, Lucy Allen and Lee Cozens. Attendees will hear honest stories about the difference nature can make in people’s lives, reflect on the links between biodiversity, urban green spaces and community wellbeing, and consider what needs to change to make wild spaces more inclusive for everyone.
