Share your views on emergency, patient transport and 111 services to help shape improvements to ambulance services across the North West. Flexible volunteering can fit around busy schedules.

North West Ambulance Service’s Patient and Public Panel gives members of the public a chance to share their views and help shape improvements to ambulance services. Panel members can feed back on the emergency, patient transport and 111 services, helping the organisation understand what matters to local people and where changes could make the biggest difference.

The volunteering is described as flexible, so it can fit around other commitments and busy schedules. It is designed for people who want to contribute to their community, gain experience and use their perspective to support positive change in local healthcare services.

This opportunity is open to people aged 16 and over who live in the North West areas listed by NWAS, and who do not work for the service. It may particularly appeal to young people interested in healthcare, public service or making a difference in their local area.
