Nursery Apprentice Level 2 - Queens Rd Wimbledon

Dicky Birds Nursery and Preschool (part of Grandir UK) in Queens Road, Wimbledon is recruiting a Nursery Apprentice to provide high-quality childcare while working towards a recognised qualification. This is a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship beginning Monday 8 December 2025 based at 27 Queens Road, SW19 8NW.

Most of the apprenticeship is on-the-job learning: you will support babies and young children with daily routines, activities, mealtimes and personal care, build professional relationships with staff and parents, follow safeguarding procedures and help plan and implement play and learning activities. You will study with the training provider Realise Learning and Employment Limited, working towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and completing any required functional skills in maths and English.

The role is full time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with shifts to be agreed).
