Join APS Group Ltd as an Operational Relationship Apprentice supporting coordination between Account Management and Production teams at their Runcorn site. You will work on the job-handling internal communications, assisting with production-related queries, triaging requests, tracking KPIs and SLAs, and helping to maintain work instructions.
The role is full-time (40 hours a week, Monday to Friday) and is based at 12 Aston Fields Road, Whitehouse Industrial Estate, Runcorn, WA7 3DL. The advertised starting salary is £20,000 per year; after the first year it will increase to the national minimum wage for the apprentice's age group.
This apprenticeship includes off-the-job training with BPIF TRAINING LIMITED and leads to the Level 3 Business Administrator standard. Training includes interactive online workshops and regular 1:1 sessions with a training coordinator.
The apprenticeship starts on 24 November 2025, runs for 1 year 6 months, and may lead to a permanent role on successful completion subject to business need. Applications close 17 November 2025. Sign in with your GOV.
