Order in the Court is a two-week on-campus Mock Trial Summer Program at Georgetown University designed for high-school students aged 14–18. Through realistic trial simulations, participants take on the roles of attorneys, defendants, witnesses, judges, and jurors to learn courtroom procedure, evidence analysis, and persuasive advocacy.
The program emphasises development of critical thinking, public speaking, cross-examination, and trial preparation skills. The course is delivered in small, interactive classes with experienced instructors from Georgetown's academic community.
Residential (boarding) and day options are available and tuition typically covers academic tuition, housing for residential participants, meals, activities and some campus transportation. International students receive visa support documentation, arrival assistance, and international medical/health insurance as described in the program materials.
