Oxford Business Program for High Schoolers in 2026

This is a two-week, on-campus Oxford business summer programme for high-school students aged 13 6. The course offers university-style management teaching delivered by experienced MBA instructors and tutors with backgrounds at universities such as Oxford, Cambridge and Harvard.

Students study through interactive case studies and group work, culminating in a personal project presentation at a mini-conference.

Core topics include organisational behaviour & management, finance & strategy, marketing & branding, negotiation and leadership, alongside academic skills workshops (productivity, academic writing, interviewing and public speaking). The programme runs in small classes (average 7, max 12) and includes 1:1 tutorials, mentoring, a participant report and a Harvard-style case study approach.

Participants stay in assigned Oxford or Cambridge college accommodation (13 nights for boarding), with meals included and a full social programme (punting, excursions, formal hall dinners, optional London trip). Shared airport transfers from Heathrow are available for a fee; a certificate of completion is awarded on graduation.
