Want to study alongside global peers at Oxford? Join an intense summer academic programme where you’ll explore big ideas, lead discussions, build critical skills and boost your uni-readiness in an international, intellectually challenging environment.

The Oxford-China Programme is a summer academic programme run by Oxford Summer Program for students who want to study in an international, intellectually challenging environment. It is aimed at current students who are ready to take part in academic classes, discussions and wider learning activities, with a clear emphasis on motivation, curiosity and preparation for future study.

The programme is open to students aged 12–18, including those in school or an equivalent educational programme. Both Chinese and international students are welcome, and applicants should have enough English proficiency to take part fully in the programme.

No strict English-language test requirement is stated, but participants are expected to be able to engage confidently in lessons and discussions. Applications are made by completing the form and submitting recent academic documents such as a transcript, result card, or a reference letter.

Applications are reviewed within seven working days, and some applicants may be invited to interview. Successful applicants receive a provisional offer letter and have 14 days to confirm their place by paying a deposit or the full fee.

For international students who need a UK visa, a visa letter is issued after full payment.
