Discover engineering, robotics and technology on campus at the University of Oxford with a residential pre-college summer programme for 16-18 year olds. The course introduces multiple engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, biomedical, aerospace) and emerging applications such as robotics and self-driving systems.
Students work through interactive design simulations and a Mission to Mars Design Challenge to apply engineering principles in team-based projects. Teaching includes more than 20 hours of tuition per week (40 hours total), small classes (maximum 15 students), project-based capstone work, and guest talks from leading professionals.
Participants receive a graduation certificate and a detailed report card on completion. Tutors and guest speakers have academic and industry experience in engineering, AI, and research. This is a residential programme hosted across Oxford colleges (Balliol, St Catherine's, The Queen's, Keble, St Hugh's and St Peter's).
Course fees include accommodation, meals and cultural activities. Transfers and optional en-suite upgrades are available; arrival and departure transfer times and windows are specified on booking. Currently there are no published session dates; join the waitlist to be notified when new dates are released.

Course fees cover accommodation, meals, tuition and cultural programmes. Transfer service available (GBP 215 one-way). En-suite reservation available for an additional fee (GBP 1,295). Lunches for ages 16-18 typically ~£10/day; pocket money recommended ~£150/week.
