Interested in medicine and Oxford life? Join a two-week on-campus summer school to explore anatomy dissections, genetics and physiology, build science communication skills and present at a mini conference - small classes with expert tutors give real uni-level experience.

Oxford's Pre-College Medicine Program (2026) is a two-week on-campus summer course designed for curious and ambitious 13-15-year-olds. Delivered in the colleges of the University of Oxford, the programme blends theory and hands-on practice including anatomy dissections, genetics and physiology modules, workshops on science communication, and a mini science conference.

Classes are small (average size 7, maximum 12) with expert tutors who have taught at top universities.

Students can attend as day participants or choose boarding accommodation (13 nights) in college with meals provided. The course includes 30 hours of medicine tuition, 1:1 career coaching, academic and skills workshops, a full social programme with excursions (including an optional London trip), two formal hall dinners, a graduation ceremony with certificate, and a tutor's written evaluation.

Arrival day transfers and other travel arrangements are available (Heathrow shared transfers with set departure times; optional fee applies).
