Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Summer School (Oxford or Cambridge)

Academy Royale International's (formerly Oxford Royale) Business, Innovation & Entrepreneurship summer school is a two-week course for students aged 16–18, held in Oxford or Cambridge. Week one covers business foundations: team structure and communication, leadership, human resources (including the growing role of AI in recruitment) and operations, with practical activities such as designing team hierarchies for new businesses.

Week two moves on to innovation and entrepreneurship, using case studies and team challenges to examine how businesses respond to a changing economy, and builds skills in pitching and persuasive presentation. Sessions run in July and August; course fees are £7,995.
