The programme emphasises small-group teaching and practical workshops, with 35 hours of tuition, hands-on sessions, exhibition and challenge days, and guest lectures. Campus life is built into the experience: accommodation and meals are provided, 24/7 pastoral support is available, and students take part in daily social activities, clubs (such as journalism and debate), and an excursion to New York City.
The course culminates in a graduation ceremony and celebration in New Haven. Two intakes are listed for 2026, allowing students to choose between the two consecutive two-week sessions. This programme is aimed at motivated, high-achieving school students looking for a taste of Ivy League campus life combined with academic enrichment and cultural excursions.
