Observe classes, meet staff tutors and current students, and get a first-hand feel for drama-school life at an in-person open event. Free virtual panels let you ask staff and students questions; in-person visitors get a free bus from Oxford city centre or Oxford Parkway.
The Oxford School of Drama open events give prospective students a chance to experience the school first-hand. In-person events let visitors observe classes, meet staff tutors and current students, and get a feel for life at the School.
Places are limited and booking is required, with one booking per person.
The school also runs virtual open events for each course. These are free to attend and are designed as focused, information-packed panel discussions where you can ask questions to staff and students. More information is added when event dates are announced.
For in-person visits, the School organises a free bus to and from Oxford city centre and Oxford Parkway. Visitors should bring their own refreshments or lunch, and under-18s need parental permission to attend alone.
The events are intended for potential students who want to learn more about training in acting at Oxford School of Drama.
