The apprenticeship includes a 2-year distance learning programme with the University of East Anglia leading to a Certificate of Higher Education in Pharmacy Technician Practice and supports professional registration as a pharmacy technician. The role combines workplace training, virtual study sessions for coursework, and assessed practical responsibilities aligned with NHS practice and standards.
