ParkWork is a regular volunteering programme run by Joe McKenna and Bristol Park Vol Team offering practical training and skills development through the maintenance and management of Bristol’s parks. Volunteers support a variety of outdoor tasks such as weeding and scrub clearance, bench installation, pond maintenance and tree care.
Sessions are delivered across parks in Bristol and are designed to be hands-on opportunities to learn environmental and conservation skills while helping local green spaces. Sessions run weekly: Wednesdays 10:00-12:00 and Fridays 13:00-15:30.
