Pensions Administrator Apprenticeship

First Actuarial is recruiting a Pensions Administrator Apprentice to support the day-to-day operation of workplace pension schemes. The role involves dealing with scheme members by email, letter and telephone, handling complex calculations, producing quotations and setting up member benefits, maintaining member records and keeping up to date with changes in pensions.

Apprentices will work alongside and support senior pensions administrators and contribute to meeting client expectations.

As an apprentice you will be guided through an 18-month programme by a company mentor and a consultant from The Growth Company. You will receive technical and soft-skills training across a wide range of topics to equip you for the role.

Full training and support will be provided to help you achieve the apprenticeship qualification and develop your career in pensions administration.

This is a full-time office-based role in Leeds (LS16 6QY) with a 37. 5 hour working week. First Actuarial is a living wage employer offering a competitive starting salary, bonuses for qualification passes and further salary progression as qualifications are achieved.
