Penwith College Taster Day: Mounts Bay Academy

Penwith College is running a Year 10 Taster Day for Mounts Bay Academy on 30 June 2026. The taster day gives Year 10 students the opportunity to experience a range of college subjects and lessons at Penwith College and to begin exploring future study and career choices.

Students are asked to review and select subject choices from a broad list (including Art & Design, Sciences, Business, Computer Science, Construction, Media, Music, Sport and vocational subjects) before completing the booking form; they will then be timetabled into lessons based on their selections. The programme is designed to let students sample different subjects and gain an insight into college-level study and pathways.

This event is specifically for Year 10 pupils from Mounts Bay Academy. To attend, complete the booking form linked on the event page. Please ensure you wear your school uniform for the visit.
