This is a Level 3 People and Culture (Business Administrator) apprenticeship at BEUMER Group based in Ashby De La Zouch. You will spend most of your time working on the job within the People & Culture team, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as talent acquisition, onboarding, HR administration, global mobility support and P&C reporting.
The role includes tasks like maintaining employee records, preparing contracts and correspondence, managing adverts and applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting training and induction activities.
You will study with Loughborough College toward a Level 3 Business Administrator qualification with a mix of online and on-site training, assessed portfolio work and End Point Assessment. Apprenticeship training includes one morning per week online within the first 15 months, on-site sessions to build a portfolio, diarised trainer/assessor visits and functional skills if required.
The role is full-time (40 hours per week; typical start time between 8:00-9:00 and finish between 16:00-17:00).
