Join Lloyds Banking Group as a People Professional (Human Resources) Apprentice and work in a permanent role from day one, gaining hands-on HR experience while studying for a Level 5 People Professional qualification.

During the apprenticeship you will spend most of your time working on-the-job in Bristol (BS1 5LF), contributing to areas such as reward, talent, learning, organisational change and HR partnering. The role is full time (35 hours per week, Monday-Friday) and includes dedicated training time delivered by the training provider NORTH HERTFORDSHIRE COLLEGE.

The apprenticeship starts on 1 September 2026 and runs for 2 years.

By the end of the programme you will have developed professional HR skills, experience of large-scale organisational projects, and a recognised Level 5 qualification.
