Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship - CONWAY HEALTHCARE LTD

This Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship with CONWAY HEALTHCARE LTD in Shrewsbury combines on-the-job work with formal training to achieve a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification.

Apprentices will spend most of their time working in the pharmacy (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00, may include some weekends), gaining experience in retail, handling prescriptions, ordering and rotating stock, advising customers on over-the-counter medicines, and assisting with minor ailments. Training is delivered by I & F LIMITED and includes the Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 course and Functional Skills if required.

The role starts on 1 December 2025, runs for approximately 1 year 3 months, and offers £15,704 for the first year (with pay potentially increasing depending on age and in line with apprentice minimum wage rules). Applicants should have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade 4-9 where possible.
