Photograph Soho in colour on an afternoon walk led by photographer and educator Anselm Ebulue. Begin with his work and the William Eggleston exhibition, then head out with a brief to photograph a range of subjects.
This afternoon photo walk explores London’s Soho as a place with plenty of opportunities for making colour photographs. It is inspired by The Photographers’ Gallery’s William Eggleston exhibition and uses colour photography as the starting point for the session, making it suitable for photographers and photo-enthusiasts who want to develop their eye in a lively urban setting.
Led by photographer and educator Anselm Ebulue, the session begins with an introduction to his work and a brief visit to the exhibition before participants receive a brief and head out to photograph a range of subjects in colour. It is an organised outing with no prior experience needed, but participants are expected to bring their own camera and film, ask permission before photographing people, and dress appropriately for the weather.
