Join TRU7 Group's Plant Operator apprenticeship to learn hands-on operation of construction plant such as 360 excavators and telehandlers while gaining a nationally recognised Level 2 apprenticeship qualification.
Training is delivered at the CITB training centre in Bircham Newton (PE31 6RH) with on-site working predominantly across East Anglia (Suffolk and Norfolk). Apprentices will gain practical experience operating equipment on live sites under supervision and develop site-working skills relevant to plant operator and plant fitter roles.
The role is best suited to applicants with GCSEs (English and Maths desirable), good communication and teamwork skills, physical fitness, and reliability. Applicants are expected to provide their own transport and ideally hold a UK driving licence to travel to the training centre and project sites.

Location
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade 3) desirable
- Applicants must have their own mode of transport and be able to travel to the CITB training centre at Bircham Newton and to work on sites across Suffolk and Norfolk
