Playto Labs runs a live 1:1 online Robotics Summer Camp for children in Cambridge and nearby Cambridgeshire. Each student receives a personal robotics kit shipped to their home (free shipping across Cambridge) and joins teacher-led, hands-on sessions in UK local time (GMT/BST).
The programme emphasises project-based learning - building, coding, testing and iterating real robots - with structured curriculum and mentor feedback. The camp is split into age-appropriate tracks (Starter: ages 8-10; Explorer: ages 11-13; Champion: ages 14-16).
Beginners are supported through guided builds while older or experienced students work on advanced projects, competition preparation, and portfolio pieces. Kits typically arrive in 3-5 business days and students can continue learning after the summer via Playto Labs' year-round classes.
Families are invited to book a free live trial class to evaluate fit before enrolling. The programme highlights flexible scheduling, 1:1 attention from experienced mentors, certification on completion, and optional competition exposure to showcase student projects.
