Dukes Plus Politics Summer School

Dukes Plus Politics Summer School is an immersive summer programme for students aged 15-18 who are interested in politics and global affairs. It introduces participants to the world of modern politics through a mix of teaching, discussion, and practical political experiences.

Students take part in career simulations and hands-on projects such as designing campaign strategies, debating political issues, and exploring how public messaging and decision-making work in practice. They also learn from experienced political professionals, including politicians, civil servants, pundits, and communications experts.

The programme is based at UCL in London and is designed to give students a realistic insight into political careers. Participants can also receive career coaching, explore university pathways, and choose to gain a UCAS-accredited qualification on completion.
