Withers is offering its PRIME Work Experience programme for 2026 to give Year 12 students an insight into life at a leading private client law firm. The programme is a diversity and social mobility initiative designed to improve access to the legal profession.

Participants will get real insight into firm life, attend skills sessions, and learn about routes into law such as Solicitor Apprenticeships and Training Contracts. The programme runs Monday 26 October 2026 to Thursday 29 October 2026 in London and is aimed at students in Year 12 who are interested in a career in law and who meet the PRIME eligibility criteria.
