Production Apprentice - Absolute Air and Gas Limited

Absolute Air & Gas are recruiting a Production Apprentice to join their expanding family business based at Bromsgrove Tech Park. The role is primarily on-site and involves hands-on work on the production line including assembling products, repairing returned items, manual handling and general maintenance of the shop floor.

The apprenticeship includes regular off-the-job training with the training provider (Staff Select Ltd) and follows the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 standard.

This is a 1-year apprenticeship starting Monday 17 November 2025. Apprentices will work 35 hours per week: Monday-Thursday 08:30-16:30 and Friday 08:00-16:00. The advertised wage is £13,741 for the first year (with the possibility of increase depending on age) and the salary will be reviewed after 3 months.

At least 20% of working hours are allocated to training or study as part of the apprenticeship standard.

Essential entry requirements include GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 3-4. On successful completion there is potential for full-time employment with the company. To apply, candidates must sign in with a GOV.UK One Login and submit an application before the closing date.
