Production Apprentice - Own Label Skincare Limited

Join Own Label Skincare Limited as a Production Apprentice and begin a hands-on career in cosmetics manufacturing. You will learn to assist in the production of skincare products (cleansers, moisturisers, serums), measure and mix raw ingredients, operate and maintain equipment under supervision, and follow SOPs and health & safety procedures.

Daily tasks include filling, capping, labelling and packaging finished products, performing quality checks, and maintaining a clean, organised workstation. This apprenticeship is delivered with training support from The Growth Company Limited.

The training course is Lean Manufacturing Operative (Level 2). The role is physical and requires standing for extended periods and safe manual handling; personal protective equipment will be required. Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday (32 hours per week).

The apprenticeship starts Monday 19 January 2026 and runs for approximately 1 year 2 months. Salary is listed at £12,563. 20 for the first year (apprentice rate).

Essential entry requirements are GCSEs in English and Maths (grade A*-C / 9-4). There are two positions available. After signing in, applicants will apply via the employer's website.
