This is a three-year higher apprenticeship in Project Management within Siemens Energy's Gas Services (Aero Gas Turbine) business based in Warwick. The programme combines structured on-the-job placements across project environments with formalised learning delivered with a local college partner under the Associate Project Manager Level 4 pathway.
Apprentices will rotate across placements to gain practical experience, contribute to live projects, and develop skills in stakeholder collaboration, continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma basics), and project delivery. You will be expected to work full-time and attend the Warwick office (CV34 6RJ) routinely throughout the scheme.
The role offers a starting salary of £19,462, 26 days holiday per year, pension contributions and a range of employee benefits.
