AstraZeneca's Project Management Apprenticeship Programme is a four-year early careers apprenticeship offering practical, on-the-job experience in project delivery across the business. Apprentices work on real projects that support product launches and transformational process improvements while studying for a professional qualification (20% of working time).
The programme includes development in project management techniques, budgeting and people development. Apprentices are supported by a line manager, mentor and an apprentice buddy and have access to AstraZeneca's flexible benefits.
