Project Management Degree Apprenticeship

Join Amazon as a Project Management Degree Apprentice and combine practical, hands-on work with academic study to earn a BSc (Hons) in Project Management. Apprentices are placed within a single Amazon team for the duration of the programme and contribute directly to real projects across functions such as HR, Operations, Technology and Entertainment.

You'll learn to manage resources, timelines, stakeholders, and to use data to monitor progress and report on outcomes.

The programme lasts 42 months (Level 6) and includes blended, work-based learning with face-to-face workshops, digital learning and self-study. Typical working hours are 40 hours per week. Apprentices will develop skills in strategic planning, budgeting, risk and resource management, governance, stakeholder engagement and data analysis, and work toward additional accreditation (IPMA) and CMI chartered recognition.

Applications follow an online process (CV upload, eligibility questions and a short online assessment), games-based assessment, video interview and virtual assessment centre. Successful candidates receive a contract of employment and onboarding, after which they start the apprenticeship with practical placement and university study components.
