Property Maintenance Apprentice (36348) - Dakota Hospitality

Dakota Hospitality is recruiting a Property Maintenance Apprentice to support the in-house maintenance team at their Manchester hotel. The role involves reactive and preventative maintenance across guest bedrooms, back-of-house and public areas to ensure condition, quality and safety standards are met.

You will work primarily on-site at 29 Ducie Street, Manchester (M1 2JL) and be part of a team focused on delivering excellent guest experience. This apprenticeship is a working role with on-the-job learning: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (38 hours per week).

Apprentices will attend college one day per week over the two-year programme and work towards the Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative standard. Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve the apprenticeship standard and develop practical skills such as plumbing, carpentry, painting and safe working practices.

Essential entry requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths (grade A*-C / 9-4). After signing in to the Find an Apprenticeship service, applicants will apply on the employer's website.
