Ready to kickstart your career with real client work and professional qualifications? Join PwC's entry-level apprenticeships to build finance, consulting and advisory skills, study towards recognised qualifications, and gain mentors, training and networks that fast-track your career.

PwC's Entry level programmes provide a structured introduction to professional life at PwC, combining on-the-job client work with formal study towards recognised professional qualifications. Participants gain real-world work experience across advisory, consulting, tax and finance functions and are supported by internal training, tutors and peer networks.

Depending on the pathway, you will study towards industry qualifications while working on live client projects. Examples include a two-year Junior Management Consulting Level 4 apprenticeship with CIMA, an Accounting Technician qualification (ATI/CAI) in Operate, and the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) pathway in Tax.

Academic requirements vary by programme; some pathways specify UCAS tariff and GCSE requirements.

The recruitment process is delivered online: apply via PwC's careers site, complete online assessments, an on-demand video interview and a virtual assessment centre. Programmes begin in September 2026 and are based across PwC UK offices and client sites, with opportunities to work in-office, remotely or at client locations.

Qualification Outcome

Junior Management Consulting Level 4 apprenticeship (CIMA); Accounting Technician qualification (ATI/CAI); Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) — varies by pathway.
