Combine a passion for football with accredited vocational study at Cheadle Town FC. This programme offers the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sports Coaching and Development and is delivered locally at Cheadle Town Football Club.
The course is aimed at learners progressing post-GCSE and provides a route into coaching, sport-related employment or further study. Learners will have the opportunity to develop English and maths qualifications (Functional Skills or GCSE), take part in 3-4 weekly football coaching sessions, and gain work experience in sport and/or football.
The programme includes support from experienced tutors and coaches, smaller class sizes, participation in the U19 League, and use of the club's training and match facilities. This programme is for 16-18 year olds (and 19-24 year olds with an EHCP).
