Want to train like a pro for three days? Dive into Rambert School’s Easter Intensive: immersive conservatoire classes in contemporary, Graham and Cunningham techniques, ballet and repertoire. Build your technique, perform and connect with teachers who open doors to full-time study.
Rambert School’s Easter Intensive is a three-day taster course designed for aspiring young dancers who want to experience professional-level training in a conservatoire setting. Participants spend each day fully immersed in the studio environment, gaining insight into what full-time study at Rambert School is like.
The programme includes high-level classes in contemporary dance, Graham technique, Cunningham technique, ballet, pointe work, virtuosity, repertoire, floorwork and movement, choreography, and improvisation. It is taught by Rambert School faculty and alumni, and also includes a Connections Masterclass with guest teacher Blue Makwana, plus a PLATFORM repertoire class focused on performance skills and student choreography.
Participants also have the opportunity to meet Rambert School’s Principal and Artistic Director, Amanda Britton, during the course. The programme is not residential and is aimed at dancers developing their skills and looking towards pre-vocational or vocational training.
