Recruiter Apprenticeship at Rubix Personnel Limited

This is a Level 3 Recruiter apprenticeship with Rubix Personnel Limited based in Claydon (78 Hill View Business Park). You will spend most of your time working on the job in a professional office environment, supporting the recruitment team with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job advertising, social media outreach and applicant management.

The role emphasises building relationships with clients and candidates and developing transferable skills in communication, organisation and problem solving.

The apprenticeship includes structured training delivered by THE NVQ TRAINING CENTRE LIMITED leading to the Recruiter (level 3) qualification. Training is delivered primarily in the workplace with one-to-one tutor support and no day-release required.

The apprenticeship lasts approximately 1 year 3 months and starts on 25 November 2025. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 (40 hours a week).

Applicants must hold GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English (grade 4 or above). The apprenticeship offers a first-year wage of £15,704 (may increase with age) and follows the national minimum wage rules for apprentices.
