Recruitment Apprentice

Fawkes & Reece is recruiting a Level 3 Recruitment Apprentice for its Birmingham office. This is a paid, on-the-job role based at Cornwall Buildings, 45 Newhall Street, B3 3QR, where you will work Monday to Friday (40 hours/week, finish 4:30pm on Fridays).

The apprenticeship starts on 1 December 2025 and lasts approximately 13 months, combining workplace duties with formal training delivered by RM Training (UK) Limited.

As a Recruitment Apprentice you will learn to source and attract candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage client and candidate relationships. The role includes industry-specific and recruitment training covering sourcing techniques, stakeholder management, compliance, use of recruitment technology, and diversity and inclusion practices.

Duties include identifying client opportunities, managing the recruitment process from interview to placement, and maintaining service standards.
