HR Recruitment Apprentice - University Schools Trust

University Schools Trust (UST) is recruiting an HR Recruitment Apprentice to work within its Trust operations in Tower Hamlets and Greenwich. The role is term-time only and is based at St Pauls Way Trust School, 125 St Pauls Way, London E3 4FT.

Typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (35 hours per week). The apprenticeship starts on Friday 2 January 2026 and runs for 1 year 6 months.

The apprentice will support the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Administrator with candidate attraction and selection activities, including preparing job descriptions, uploading adverts to the e-recruitment system and social media, compiling interview paperwork, corresponding with applicants, arranging interviews, and supporting onboarding tasks such as chasing references. The role includes administrative duties to ensure compliance with safer recruitment guidance and support for recruitment events and marketing activity.

Training is provided by BPP Professional Education Limited toward the HR Support Level 3 apprenticeship standard. applicants must hold GCSEs in English and Maths (grade C or above). To apply, sign in with GOV.
