This Level 3 Recruiter Apprenticeship is a paid, mostly-remote role combining recruitment and compliance administration. You will work on the job to source and screen candidates, manage adverts and databases, verify compliance documentation, arrange interviews and support onboarding.
The role is described as remote/hybrid but will be based with activities linked to Cobham, Surrey.
You will study for the Recruiter (Level 3) apprenticeship standard with Davidson Training UK Ltd as the training provider and receive off-the-job training as required. The apprenticeship includes Functional Skills in English and maths up to Level 2 if not already held.
The position is full-time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm; 40 hours/week), starts on Monday 17 November 2025 and runs for approximately 1 year 2 months.
