Join Fawkes & Reece as a Recruitment Resourcer Apprentice based at 68 Cornhill, London (EC3V 3QX). This Level 3 apprenticeship combines on-the-job work with formal training delivered by RM TRAINING (UK) LIMITED.

You will spend most of your time working in the office contributing to sourcing and attracting candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews and managing client and candidate relationships.

The programme includes a 13-month office-based training schedule (Recruiter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard) and may include Functional Skills in maths and English if required. Typical duties include using job boards and social media for sourcing, progressing applications, creating shortlists, and supporting placement processes.

Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:30 (finish 16:30 on Fridays), 40 hours per week. The role offers progression opportunities into a Recruitment Consultant role after successful completion.

Pay & Benefits
