Register your interest for Severn Trent's 2026 apprenticeship programmes. Severn Trent are inviting candidates to sign up now and they will email applicants when the 2026 vacancies go live. The programmes cover a wide range of operational and corporate roles across the business.

Severn Trent recruit across multiple apprenticeship levels. Examples from the 2025 recruitment include Level 2 roles (Tanker Driver, Technical Operator, Service Delivery Assistant), Level 3 roles (Assistant Water Network Technician, Connection Project Manager, Finance, Maintenance Technician), Level 4 roles (Data Analyst, Project Manager, Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Practitioner), Level 5 (HR) and Level 6 degree apprenticeships (Civil Engineering, Digital Tech Solutions, Electro-Mechanical Engineer, Process Engineer).

Severn Trent are running an information webinar to explain the opportunities and the application process. The webinar is virtual (Teams) on Tuesday 27 January 2026 from 16:00 to 17:15 (online) and is free to attend; attendees are encouraged to register via the Eventbrite listing.

Typical apprentice pay shown on the careers page is A320,000 - A321,000 per year (salary varies by role and level).
