Join Sports Tours International as a Reservations and Travel apprentice, working as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and online. You will process bookings and payments, handle administration tasks (filling, invoicing, vouchers, scanning), liaise with accounts and Club La Santa in Lanzarote, and may represent the company at sporting events including possible overseas travel.

This apprenticeship is a paid, full-time role (37 hours per week) working five days a week including weekends, starting Wednesday 3 December 2025 and lasting 1 year. Training is delivered through A S Training (International) Limited and includes online and face-to-face learning, allocation of 6 hours per week towards the qualification, and a Travel Consultant (Level 3) qualification on successful completion.

The role is based at 91 Walkden Road, Worsley, Manchester, M28 7BQ, with the employer noting the office will move to Birchwood (WA3 7QZ) in Feb/March 2026 and applicants should be prepared to commute. Company benefits include a competitive salary, annual bonus up to 12.

Pay & Benefits

£14,526.20 to £23,492.04, depending on your age. National Minimum Wage. The pay may be negotiated and may rise after a probation period has been successfully completed.
