Retail Sales Apprentice WJ SEARLE & SON LTD

Join a small, busy retail team at WJ Searle & Son (a Euronics member) selling branded electrical appliances both in-store and online. The role focuses on customer service and sales: you will serve customers face-to-face and by phone, handle queries and service bookings, participate in in-store and online promotions, maintain merchandising and stock levels, and help keep the store presentable.

This is an on-the-job apprenticeship with scheduled training time under the apprenticeship scheme delivered by LOCOMOTIVATION LTD. Training leads to a Retailer (Level 2) qualification. Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, five days per week (37.

5 hours) with most Saturdays required and no Sunday working. The apprenticeship starts Monday 1 December 2025 and runs for 1 year 2 months. The first-year wage is £14,722.

50 with a salary increase after 12 months to the National Minimum Wage for the apprentice's age.
